Makes roughly 15 servings

Ingredients:

-1 cup coconut

-1/2 cup raspberries

-1 tablespoon honey

-1/4 cup almond butter

-1/4 cup craisins

-1/4 cup chopped dates

-1/2 cup almonds

-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. In a blender add 3/4 cup of coconut and all the raspberries, honey, dates, craisins, almonds, and almond butter.

2. Keep blending until the mixture is mixed well- you'll have to stop and scrape the blender occasionally.

3. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and add in by spoon the chocolate chips.

4. Roll the mixture into tablespoon sized balls and then roll them into the remaining coconut.

5. Place in refrigerator for about an hour and enjoy.
