Makes one serving

Ingredients:

-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

-3 tablespoons sugar

-2 tablespoons cocoa powder

-1/4 teaspoon baking powder

-3 tablespoons milk

-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

-3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into a 12-ounce microwave-safe ceramic mug.

2. Add the milk and vegetable oil and blend until smooth.

3. Stir in the chocolate chips and microwave on high for 90 seconds.

4. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before eating and enjoy.
